Flat Rate Annual Inspections

 Included with the flat rate annual fee are the following: 

  • 1 hour of AD research 
  • Spark plug cleaning & testing 
  • Pre and post run-up for systems checks 
  • Ignition lead check 
  • Compression check 
  • Service of battery 
  • Oil & filter change ** 
  • ELT inspection & testing per FAR 91.207 (d) 
  • Air & hydraulic filter change ** 
  • Lubrication of pulleys, hinges, and bell cranks 
  • Pneumatic system filter change ** 
  • Lubrication of grease fittings 
  • Magneto timing check 
  • Landing gear extension/retraction test 
  • Removal & installation of inspection panels and interior necessary for the inspection 
  • And most importantly, Inspection of the aircraft will be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's checklist or AC 43.13 appendix D requirements.

Payments:
Are due upon completion of the services performed, unless priorarrangements have been made. There will be a 1.5% per month finance charge for any payments later than 30 business days. NOTE: There is a Consumables/HAZMAT Disposal fee computed at 3% of gross labor sales.
Flat rate inspection fees do not include parts, repairs, and extensive AD research. To avoid any problems, any and all discrepancies found during the inspection will be discussed with you, including an estimated repair cost before any repair work is performed. Recommended actions must be approved by a signature, before corrective actions can begin.
